More time for patients. Less time on paperwork.

Brevicor helps Canadian outpatient clinics reduce the administrative burden around intake, referrals, and pre-consult preparation. We use AI to structure referral and questionnaire data, flag missing information, and help clinics move faster—while staying aligned with Canadian privacy expectations and the systems clinics already use.

Why we started with intake

We started Brevicor after seeing how much clinic time disappears into handwritten forms, faxed referrals, incomplete intake, and repeated data entry. In many specialist clinics, MOAs and coordinators spend hours each day reading PDFs, chasing missing information, and preparing charts before a clinician ever sees the patient. We focus on intake first because it is one of the most painful and overlooked parts of clinic operations—and because clinics should not need a full EMR replacement to get relief. Brevicor uses AI to extract, structure, and prepare administrative information from referrals, questionnaires, and related documents so teams can spend less time on paperwork and more time supporting patients. Our approach is practical by design: start with the workflows that create the most administrative drag, fit alongside existing EMRs, and build in a way that respects Canadian privacy requirements, clinic realities, and the role of clinician judgment.
